The room was clean and well-maintained, with beautiful white marble bathrooms. the bar was spacious and a great place to relax. the location was central and convenient, with easy access to everything.

The staff seemed rushed and impatient, although they did eventually address my needs. some of the appetizers served during happy hour were mediocre in quality.

This place’s location is perfect for exploring all the attractions here. It’s just a short walk from the station and there are so many designer shops nearby. Plus, there's this beautiful church right across the street. The staff is really attentive and there are plenty of services available, including room service, car hire, and tours. The room was spacious and had lots of amenities, like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. And the breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of variety to choose from.

While the reception desk staff didn't seem to have great customer service skills, I would still highly recommend this venue.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of all the tourist attractions. I could easily walk to the famous places in this city, including the Ufizzi Gallery, the Ponte Vecchio, and the Pitti Palace. The hotel was also situated on a quiet street, so I had a peaceful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating and professional.

The wifi was unreliable and didn't work during our entire stay, regardless of where we were in the hotel. the noise level was also a downside, as both the busy street outside and the noise within the hotel could be quite loud, even with earplugs.
